Hey there letting you know I'm still here. The rules and regulations of selling downloads and prints, and setting prices is really irritably complicated. So I'll have my accountant friend help me look over this stuff and find out what good standard prices to set. I'll need more time to figure this out.

Helloooo!!! It's been nearly a year but I'm finally posting again and really considering to sell my photos on Deviantart. So I bought a half price Core Membership which gives me the power to do multiple uploads at once instead of the painstaking amount of one, at a time, with my fingers aching from how long it took. Before I always uploaded my photos in chronological order but now I'm just going to do whichever I feel like. I still need to decide on prices and figure out how much Deviantart deducts my pay. 

Hey there to all who would actually read this. I haven't stopped browsing Deviantart. Some of you know this because I send a llama to everyone who favorites or gives me one. So I'm considering posting on here again. I stopped because I haven't used my laptop much, I prefer to use my smartphone, which doesn't have the ready to post material. And doing a bunch submissions one at a time is a irritating chore. 

Anyway I figured a better incentive to myself is to actually sell my photos on Deviantart. I just don't really understand the what and how yet, I bookmarked some webpages to review. From what little I remember so far I can make it so people can pay to download my photos, and even have them printed on merchandise. I also have to have a PayPal or other online income account, which I've never used. PayPal and Deviantart charge hefty fees. And If I want to make a decent income I would need to pay monthly Core membership, maybe. I had considered selling my photos at $10 or so, but I think I wouldn't be able to break even at that price. Which kind of explains why most stuff on this site costs at least $20. One can only get $4 bucks of profit per commission.

So I would really appreciate it if any veteran artists can give me tips on how all this works in the comments.  In the mean time I'll try posting the things I wasn't going to sell.

Every time I decide to upload something here I have check which stuff I've already posted. Next I have to check through the dozen or so folders I made to separate everything by category. I want to post in chronological order. Then I'm like "uhhh do I really want to bother with this now?". Well this time yes I will. Just give me a few minutes.
